4 good things
- Woke up extra early so I would have time to eat a little something, drink my coffee, and have some quality toilet time before the race. Usually I go for the extra sleep and then I’m not necessarily properly fueled.
- Did not try to keep up with any of my friends, just ran my own race, and felt great physically the entire race.
- Ran 13.1 miles and set a PR by 9 minutes!
- Did some snap circuit projects with Campbell even though I would have rather just laid around on the couch for the rest of the day.
I’ll write a race report tomorrow after I’ve had a little sleep. Wait, I think you’re still waiting for my Ragnar race report from a month ago. Hmmmm……..
